Transit Systems Engineering, Inc. (TSE) has named Ravi Swamy as President, bringing the San Francisco Bay Area-based firm over thirty years of rail transit experience focused on client relations, strategy, planning and professional execution.
A rail transit veteran who has served multiple agencies across the United States, he has performed in various capacities from project manager to lead executive building out major transit and multi-modal projects. Ravi is knowledgeable in all major aspects of mass rail transit systems design, construction and turnkey solutions, with key roles on high-value bid-build, design-build, and alternative delivery (P3) projects.
He has significant technical experience in transit systems, including train control, communications, electrification and SCADA systems. Ravi holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Colorado State University.
